Refund & Return Policy

At Justmillet, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in delivering high-quality, millet-based food products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of most of our food products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product
The product was damaged in transit
The item delivered is expired or defective
There was a quality issue with the product at the time of delivery
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or minor packaging imperfections.
2. Return Window
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
After this window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Our customer care team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
4. Return Process
If your return is approved:
You may be asked to return the unused portion (if safe and applicable)
We will arrange for a reverse pickup wherever possible, or advise alternate return steps
Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid further damage during transit
5. Refund Options
Once your return is approved and processed, you can choose one of the following:
Replacement of the same or similar product
Refund to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking)
Store credit usable for future purchases on https://justmillet.in
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially consumed food items
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Products purchased on clearance or as part of combo offers (unless damaged/defective)
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs and your order details for faster resolution.
